1. Shipping Information

We offer professional shipping services across Australia. Because our wall decor—including porcelain, acrylic, and crystal pieces—is fragile, we take extra care in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Shipping Fees & Delivery: Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.
• Delivery Estimates: Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we strive for prompt dispatch, delivery may vary due to courier delays, peak seasonal periods, or transit to regional areas.
• Third-Party Couriers: J & J Roo Wall Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, though we will assist where possible in tracking your item.
• Risk & Liability: Responsibility for the goods (risk of loss or damage) passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated shipping address.
• Transit Damage: Given the fragile nature of our products, you must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage sustained during transit must be reported to info@jandjroo.com.au within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

2. Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Save on shipping by collecting your order directly from our warehouse in Ingleburn, NSW.

• Collection Notification: Orders are not ready for collection immediately upon purchase. You will receive a specific “Ready for Collection” email or SMS once your artwork has been picked, inspected, and prepared.
• Visit Preparation: Please do not visit the warehouse until you have received your collection notification. If you have questions regarding your order status, please contact us at info@jandjroo.com.au or by phone.
• Availability: Collection is subject to stock availability and our current warehouse operating hours.
• Identification: For security and to prevent unauthorised access to your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.
• Handling: Once an item is collected and inspected by the customer at our Ingleburn location, J & J Roo Wall Decor is no longer liable for any damage that occurs during subsequent transportation or handling by the customer.
