What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

• Structural failure of frames or mounting brackets.
• Manufacturing defects in porcelain, crystal, or acrylic components.
• Internal malfunctions of integrated LED lighting or electrical components.

What is NOT Covered?

To maintain the longevity of your wall decor, proper care is required. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural fading over time, minor surface scratches, or the gradual dimming of LED components with standard use.
• Installation Errors: Damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper wall mounting, or the use of unsuitable hardware/surfaces.
• Environmental Damage: Issues caused by exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, outdoor conditions, or extreme heat (e.g., warping, adhesive failure, or fading).
• Misuse or Modification: Damage resulting from improper cleaning, unauthorized repairs, or physical alterations made to the product after purchase.
• Commercial Use: Use in commercial environments (such as gyms, retail stores, or hospitality venues) unless commercial suitability was explicitly confirmed by us in writing at the time of purchase.
• Accidental Damage: Chipping, cracking, or breakage occurring after the item has been delivered and inspected.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team immediately:

2. Details: Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs showing the defect.
3. Assessment: We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
