Many of our pieces—including acrylic, porcelain, crystal, LED, and framed artworks—are substantial in weight and require secure mounting.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all artworks are installed safely using hardware (fixtures, anchors, screws) appropriate for both the product weight and your specific wall type.
• Professional Recommendation: We strongly advise engaging a professional installer for large, heavy, fragile, or illuminated pieces.
• Liability Limitation: J & J Roo Wall Decor is not liable for injury, property damage, or product breakage resulting from:
  • Incorrect or unsafe installation or use of unsuitable tools/surfaces.
  • Failure to follow supplied care or mounting instructions.
  • Improper lifting or transportation after delivery.
  • Unauthorised modifications or failure to regularly inspect mounted hardware.

Note: Professional installation costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Product Appearance & Variations

We strive for accuracy, but due to the bespoke and artisanal nature of our collection:

• Visual Variance: Actual colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from digital images due to screen settings, photography lighting, and printing methods.
• Handcrafted Character: Minor variations in rhinestone placement, handmade finishes, or material grain are characteristic of premium art and are not considered defects.
• Reflections: Gloss levels and light-play (especially on acrylic and crystal) will change based on your room's specific lighting environment.

3. LED & Electrical Components

• Compliance: Customers must operate electrical features in accordance with supplied instructions and Australian electrical safety standards.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by incorrect voltage use, unauthorised electrical repairs, or exposure to moisture.
• Longevity: LED brightness and lifespan may naturally diminish over time with standard use.

4. Fragility & Damage Reporting

• Inspection: You must inspect your order upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.
• Post-Delivery: J & J Roo Wall Decor is not responsible for accidental damage, chipping, or cracking that occurs once the item is in the customer's possession.

5. Environment & Usage

• Indoor Use Only: Unless explicitly stated, our products are designed for indoor use. Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme heat may cause warping, fading, or adhesive failure.
• Commercial Use: Our products are intended for residential display. Use in high-traffic commercial environments may accelerate wear and void warranties unless commercial suitability is confirmed by us in writing.

6. Advertising & Compliance

In accordance with Meta and Google Ads policies:

• Prices are in AUD and include GST.
• Promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• We value your data; all information collected via advertising platforms is managed under our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
